DEADLINE for all communication requests is noon on Wednesday for that week's communication methods.

To ensure that all communications are up to date and effective, all communications will run for either 2 weeks, with at least 1 week off before being re-publicized; or 3 weeks, with at least 2 weeks off before being re-publicized.

There will no more than 4 verbal announcements made on Sunday morning. Staff will determine which ones are made if more than 4 are requested.

Website communications are intended for the community as a whole, not the Normandy family.
